In the long term paediatric extension study, an increase in deaths was observed in patients administered doses higher than the recommended dose. Therefore, doses higher than the recommended doses should not be used in paediatric patients with PAH. Use of sildenafil, particularly chronic use, is not recommended in children.Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Assurans Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. 

How to take :

The usual starting dose is 50 mg.You should take your Assurans tablets 20mg with a glass of water three times daily and approximately 4-6 hours apart with or without food.  Doses greater than 20mg three times daily are not recommended for PAH.  You should continue to take your assurans for as long as recommended by your doctor.You should take your Assurans tablet 20mg with a glass of water approximately one hour before sexual activity and without food.  If you have a large meal before taking your Assurans 20mg tablets it may take longer to work.  You should take no more than one tablet a day and only if you plan to have sex.

Dosage :

  • Miss dose:
A missed dose of Assurans 20 mg should be taken as soon as you remember. leap the dose if it is the time for the next dose. Do not duplex the dose for next time if you miss once. Multiple dosages at the same time can cause deadly effects.
  • Over dose:
Do not share your pills with anybody nearby you even if they are having similar symptoms. It may cause anti effects. Suggest those visit the doctor for their symptoms and relief.

Warning :

Sildenafil has vasodilatory properties, resulting in mild and transient decreases in blood pressure. Prior to prescribing sildenafil to their patients,physicians should carefully consider whether those with certain underlying conditions could be adversely affected by such vasodilatory effects, e.g., patients with resting hypotension, or with fluid depletion, severe left ventricular outflow obstruction, or autonomic dysfunction. Monitor blood pressure when co-administering blood pressure lowering drugs with Sildenafil.With the blood pressure lowering medication.In the patients who have any Physical Deformity of the Penis or had Painful Erection lasting for more than 4 hours.In the case of Surgery including Dental Procedures or others.

Storage :

You should store your assurans tablets 20mg below 25°C in a cool dry place. Store the Assurans 20 mg at room temperature in dark, clean and dry place. Be assured that the tablets are not damaged while purchasing.
